Our funeral home was designed with your needs in mind. We have amenities that are not found at any funeral home in our area. Our initial feature that you will notice when you visit our funeral home is our level and well lit parking lot. It will provide ample spaces for services, visitations, and receptions. We believe when you visit Moore Funeral Service you shouldn’t have to park on residential streets where there is heavy traffic, you’re concerned about blocking a driveway, or walking on uneven and dangerous roads and sidewalks.
When you enter our funeral home you will be welcomed in an open area that provides a seating area around our fire place. The first thing you will notice is our vaulted ceiling and skylight that create the most comfortable and inviting atmosphere you’ve ever experienced at a funeral home.
Our arrangement office was designed to give the same feeling of sitting around the kitchen table at your home while you and our funeral director plan the services for your loved one or we discuss our prearrangement options.
Our chapel was designed with the idea of celebrating the life of your loved one. It features a state of the art sound and video system, comfortable chairs, a vaulted ceiling, several large windows for natural light, and a cry room for parents with small children who want to hear and see the service while they can tend to the needs of their child. The focal point of our chapel is the large half oval picture window with a view of the beautiful pine trees sitting on top of the hill behind the funeral home. No matter the time of the year these trees represent the beauty of nature and life.
As the parents of two small children Andy and Mandy Moore understand the difficulties of taking children to a funeral, memorial service, or visitation. We designed our children’s room to allow your child to color, play, watch T.V., or visit with other children in a safe environment.
